The hotel was comfortable and absolutely fabulous with affable people at the reception desk. Really enjoyed staying at the big size and spotless superior queen room with Wi-Fi. The location was good, not very far from Ghibli Raceway.

very poor check in service. I arrived without my luggage and got treated as if I would be a homeless. The Manager insisted in keeping either my Credit card or my passport, which I refused. Poor service at the Reception.

Sometimes the staff is not so friendly as we are customed in Europe. I think is a general way in Egypt

We booked spacious room with a wifi and could use wake-up service, available in it. The location of the hotel was marvellous and unbeatable - relatively close to a refined casino. There were a shopping street and a supermarket around the property.
